About
An operator on the other side of the table.
BramPlan is founder-led. The person evaluating your client's business has prepared companies for sale, negotiated with public-company acquirers, and carried a business through transition.
Craig Bramscher
Founder, BramPlan
Craig founded and ran Brammo, the Oregon electric-vehicle company whose businesses were acquired by Polaris Industries and Cummins. Before that he built and sold companies — including DreamMedia, acquired by USWeb.
More recently he has been building intelligent systems and putting them to work in real operating companies — through Hang Ten Venture Studio, and inside the property management business he owns. That is the thesis in practice, not in theory.
He has been the founder preparing a company for sale, negotiating with public-company acquirers, and carrying a business through transition. BramPlan is where he now does the buying: acquiring good businesses, strengthening how they operate, and holding them for the long term.
“I've built companies, scaled them, and sold them. Now I buy good ones and help them get better every day.”
- Multiple exits to public-company acquirers
